Our long-term British client brought the partner to visit the factory for a newly developed project. On-site, they communicated and confirmed the application scenarios, precision requirements and surface treatment requirements of the parts. The parts have high precision requirements and complex structures, and will be manufactured using the investment casting process.Our engineers, from the perspective of practical production and manufacturing feasibility, proactively assisted the client's team. They provided professional analysis and recommendations on design details that posed high production difficulty or potential quality risks, ensuring the manufacturability of the design. This lays a solid foundation for the on-time delivery of subsequent samples and batch production.
