We produce professional high-precision piston pump parts for a very famous paint spraying equipment manufacturer in Europe. The material used for the parts is 1.4112 stainless steel. 1.4112 is a high-carbon martensitic stainless steel with ultra-high hardness, high wear resistance and good corrosion resistance. This base part is manufactured by the lost-wax precision casting process and needs to undergo an air tightness test after production.

After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the material will change significantly. Hardness can reach 58-60 HRC, tensile strength can reach 750-950 MPa, and yield strength can exceed 550 MPa.
