Part inspection and control is a crucial aspect of our production and delivery process. From raw material composition analysis to the analysis of the composition, dimensions, and mechanical properties of the cast parts, and finally to packaging and shipping, we strictly adhere to our procedures at every stage. This ensures that we produce high-quality and consistent parts for every customer.

 

Material

 

We provide customized processing services for different materials according to the needs of different customers. We strictly control the purchase of raw materials, and each batch of raw materials is equipped with a detailed test report. At the same time, we also have our own spectrometer to perform spectral analysis on incoming materials to ensure that the raw materials meet customer requirements.

Mould control

 

Our mold engineers design the mold according to the customers’ part drawings and 3D drawings, including the position of the mold core separation, the position of the pouring and riser, the design of the slider position (if necessary), etc., and finally design the most reasonable mold. At the same time, for parts with high requirements for the surface roughness of the parts, we will also perform fine processing on the mold cavity when making the mold, with an accuracy of up to ±0.01mm. After the mold is made, we also test the mold and adjust the mold according to the cast parts until it meets the requirements for casting qualified parts.

Size testing

 

After the parts are processed, we will perform dimensional inspection according to the dimensional tolerance requirements of different parts to ensure that the dimensions are 100% qualified.

Our usual inspection equipment includes: calipers, micrometers, micrometers, gauges (go/no-go gauges, thread gauges), Two-dimensional scanner,three-coordinate measuring machine(CMM), etc.

Mechanical Properties Testing

 

Before casting parts, we will cast test bars from each batch of molten metal to test its tensile strength, hardness and other mechanical parameters to ensure that the mechanical properties meet the requirements. We have tensile testing machines, hardness testers and other testing equipment.

Packaging and shipping

 

We are equipped with an ultrasonic cleaning machine to remove oil stains from the surface of parts.
Our clean and independent packaging area ensures that parts are not dented or bumped during the packaging process. The packaging can be customized.
